Refund & Cancellation Policy

All first time clients are asked to please use the online booking system, as an online payment is required to reserve your appointment and entering that information yourself directly into the system is the most secure option.


  • Any Cancellation request should be submitted by an email to [email protected] atleast 12hrs before appointment.
  • Any notice that is less than 12 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee (subject to 100%)


  • No refunds will be provided for cancelled, No-show appointments.
  • In some unavoidable scenarios we might allow you to reschedule your appointment with no extra cost.
